Half of the proceeds of the mint will go to a charity of the community's choosing. Just like Blazed Cats we'll be selecting 9 from The Giving Block and giving record holders the right to vote on which one gets perpetual benefits.

10% TO THE ARTIST

The original recording artist, Dan the Lost Boy aka Dan the NFT Boy will receive 10% of the total minting proceeds which would total 15ETH in the event of us totally minting out of our supply of licenses.

ROYALTIES TO CHARITY

100% of all royalties will also go to the charity of the community's choosing. You will only be able to vote on the charity if you are a holder of a Blazed Cats Theme Song license.

HAMM-DRAWN

Each rights release comes with a generative Hamm-drawn record that are 1 of 1, completely unique NFTs, drawn by Blazed Cat's artist Andrew Hamm.

PURCHASE RECORDS & RIGHTS

It is only necessary to hold one vinyl record for rights and voting access. You are free to purchase and distribute as many licenses as you'd like on the secondary markets. Each transaction is limited to 50 records.

All record holders will have access to lossless versions of the song, stems, instrumentals, acapellas, the works. You are free to use these in any way, including commercially and royalty free. Zero restrictions so long as you are the owner of at least one wallet.

OFFICIAL REMIXES

The last 10 record licenses are not available for mint and reserved for official remixes of the Blazed Cats Theme Song. These will be on-contract collaborations with the remixes added asynchronously to the metadata. Official remixes will be auctioned off in 24 hour auctions with all profits and proceeds going to charity.
